2 more mths to 2008!!

yeah! finally recovered all my data from my fautly portable hard disk (seagate) le.... total damage for recovering the data SGD720!!!

Evaluation result for the faulty hdd:
The harddisk has sustained files structure damage and multiple read writeerrors. The read/write head assembly needs to be replaced due to electricalsurge. We will need to order an identical drive our suppliers to perform this job. We will only know the detailed result pending further work.

i got myself another new portable hard disk from Sim Lim.
Brand: Western Digital
Size: 120GB
Compatibility: WIN Vista/XP/2000
Warranty: 3yrs
Cost: S$140.

so now, i am going to get my old seagate hard disk for a 1 to 1 exchange as it is still under warranty. who want to buy? i sell u!!!!!
Seagate Hard disk: 80GB, warranty still have aboout 3yrs (total 5yrs)
as some time was needed for the data to be transfered to my new hard disk, birdy and i went to coffee bean to meet stanley.....

while waiting for stanley.... yeah! my fave drink!! birdy ate all the whip cream on top lor.. eek!

oh ya, he bought this phone last week for $68 (renew plan).. not a new model lah, just that he couldnt get a "nicer/better" one...
yesterday was bird's daddy's birthday, we got a key pouch from braun buffel for him, we had dinner (zi char) at the hawker center at Lor Ah Soo...

his daddy's friend were terrible!! they ordered more than 20 bottles of heineken! my gosh! i wonder if they could finish them all lorrr.....

sian, i will be away for a week tmr, leaving to HK-SFO... hate to go on long flights, but..... i think i better go... its good to be away some time....

i hope i can sleep in HK hotel.. (usually no matter how tired i was, i just simply couldnt sleep very well, i dont know why, maybe the room is too small and errrr.......)
