Escargots, anyOne?

Def: Escargots, in French cuisine, is a dish of cooked land snails, usually served as an appetizer. In France, escargots are typically only eaten on festive occasions.

had my virgin mouth of the "snail" in Amsterdam after much persuasion from my colleague.. "Eat lah, very nice de, you will not feel that you are actually biting the snail....." not wanting to be a chicken, i surrended... *raise white lacy panty* *blush*

I cut the awful slimy animal into halves, and i had the smaller piece.. keke.. Not too bad, tasted like a mushroom to me, with that olive oil dressing...
