the sweet 24th...

yeah, finally able to consolidate all my presents to show off le.. had REQUESTED birdy to give me a little something everyday from the 6th Oct till my birthday 19th. *thick skin right, where got people like that demand bf to do this kinda stupid thing de?*




Mum suggested having seafood at Jumbo on the 18th night so as to celebrate for my birthday the following day. Food standard had dropped quite abit since the last time i frequent that restaurant. Service was lousy, mum had ordered hell lot of dishes, satay, fried you tiao, fried squid, fish, veg, prawn, crab, mee goreng, man tou............ woooo! total damaged to daddy's pocket was $180+, after a 10% discount. wanted to pay for the dinner, however mum insisted dad to settle the bill... felt paiseh... cos i din know daddy cannot take seafood due to the high cholestrol, if i had known earlier, we should just have zichar instead.
haha, forgot to add on... birdy had placed a 1hr coupon for the carpark parking, we got fined..!

Time of Offence: 8.34pm (WTH!!!)
Time we reached to car: 8.36pm!!! (and we saw the idiot just walked past the car)
if we hadnt stopped to watch people wakeboarding at ECP for so long, we could had save the $6 fine... its ok, i will be paying for birdy. *keke*

after dinner, supposed to chill out at the Eskibar de, since i hadnt been there, however couldnt remember why and how, we ended up at the Dempsey's Hut for drink instead. Ambience quite ok lah, quiet place... we had a drink each and headed home after which...

on the 19th Oct...
birdy char bee hoon for lunch wor!!!! that was the first time he cooked for me... not too bad, except we estimated too much of meat!!! till i couldnt even see my bee hoon!! all i was eating were luncheon meat, hotdog, and pork ribs. wakakakaka..... portion was just about nice for the both of us.. =)

had a hearty dinner at the Ember Restaurant, where the 1929 hotel is located. a quite High Class restaurant i would say. We both had a 3 course meal, from starter to dessert. Nice food, esp the bread to start, we both loved. Birdy had tea after the meal wor!!! really trying to act "HC", but we enjoyed the earl grey, which somehow neutralize the heavy meal.

we checked into the 1929 hotel after dinner, a room birdy had reserved to my surprise... we slept like a pig after 2 glasses of the Jacob's Creek.

on the 20th Oct.....

surprised that Ailson (my teamgal), jio-ed me out for coffee together with Nadya & Meliya at Vivo City. After which, i met Jeff for dinner at Lao Di Fang (now located at Apollo Centre), a place where i used to worked in poly days, a place where i really enjoyed myself working... Saw a regular customer when i was there, was very surprised that they still remembered me. =)
Very Happy to see ah lian still as cheerful and young looking as ever, really made me missed those days when we had lotsa fun and laughter and tears too...

After dinner, Jeff accompanied me walk around Clark Quay area while waiting for Alison & Nadya to arrive. (we gal met up again at 10.30pm, for a drink)...

Nadya brought us into a pub called "One Nite Stand", free entry for ladies, it was super duper crowded with little or should i say no aircon at all... everybody was so sticky and made me felt uncomfortable. the 3 of us stood at the bar counter, and had a few drinks each before changing to another pub called the "Atitca", just directly beside.
We had more drinks again... my head was already spinning, lotsa guys came to bua us.. (ooops) the place was filled with lotsa caucasian.. dont really like... we left the place around 2.30am.. birdy came to pick me up, again, i went to Lala land straight after i showered till the next morning 12pm.
